From air-flown beef to exotic game meat to veal, we provide an unsurpassed variety of prime gourmet meats to satisfy your hunger. Just for beef alone, we carry six different varieties - Japanese Wagyu, Australian Wagyu, Angus 200-days Grain-Fed Beef, Organic Beef, Pasture-Fed Beef and USDA Prime Beef. A selection of different cuts (ribeye, tenderloin, prime rib, shank, collar, brisket etc) for each type of meat is available as well.

The stores stock two types of pork - USA Kurobuta Pork and Australian Pork. Besides that, there’s also Pasture-Fed Lamb, Free Range Veal and two types of chicken – hand-picked fresh chicken and Swiss Butchery Chicken that is hormone- and antibiotic-free. There’s also over 80 varieties of sausages, hams, home-smoked bacon and specialty cured meats – the largest selection in Singapore.

We’re a real one-stop shop, offering a wide range of products such as cheeses and condiments to complement our meats. Other items that we also carry include soups, stocks, sauces, fresh vegetables and fruits, pastas, baked and frozen breads, wines, beers and juices. More products will be added over time to cater for our customers, who are sophisticated gourmets, well-travelled and avid home chefs. We constantly source for new, exciting products from all over the world that we feel our customers will enjoy.
