The People Behind Swiss Butchery
We have on board two German Master Butchers who oversee the production of our home-made sausages, hams, cold cuts and specialty cured meats such as air-dried meats (e.g. Blackforest raw ham, Swiss Farmer Raw Bacon, Coppa and Salami). Our three outlets are staffed by very experienced butchers, ensuring that your meats are prepared to very high standards and you get the best advice.
